We do not accept returns on our books, tools, and resources if they have already been shipped. However, if you are unhappy with any of the books, tools, and/or resources, please send us a message HERE and we will do our best to make it right.
If your order has not yet shipped, your order will be refunded minus any admin and payment processor fees.
Hair Care Products
All Ade Ori Hair Care oils are made to order to ensure freshness. For health and safety reasons, we do not offer returns on hair care products.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, a refund is possible. However, labor costs and payment processor fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Should you be unhappy with your product for any reason, please message us! We want you to receive and love a high-quality product that you can use regularly.
Natural Me Merch
The Natural Me merch is sold through our Spreadshirt Store and products are covered by Spreadshirt’s return policies.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
